4. Determine the hygienicstatus of the products, analyze the hygienic hazards, and assist the supervisorto complete the setting of the hygienic       control point;

5. Collect and analyzeexperimental data, and produce hygienic trends in products and links everymonth;

6. Carryout daily submit for censorship and type inspection of products according tocustomer and official requirements;

7.Thework from other departmental chiefs.
